Guiding Service

My guiding services are now available to assist fly fishermen on both game and coarse rivers. I'd be happy to advise and arrange your special day anywhere from one of Derbyshires finest trout and grayling rivers to your own local coarse river. Email Mick Martin for details and options. Invisible

I thought I'd share this seasons 3m extending camo handled specimen landing net for safe handling of fish during catch and release on the Derbyshire Wye and Lathkill this season. Note the large pan net big enough for anything these rivers might throw at me, including reach and stealth with camo handle to prevent any glare. Another bonus is the large spiked handled with triple uses as a walking stick, a stand in reeds or soft ground making it an easy grab, or to run through any unfriendly anglers.

Notice the apprentice Trugg modelling the net, raring to go, in fact straight after the picture he had landed his 2 year old sister who screamed the garden down.

Mick, training of apprentice Trugg is clearly going well. I take it the peppering on the door is him practising poacher watch on the Erewash with the old 12 bore.
Regards,
Dave.
